Refund and Return Policy


Customer is responsible for providing correct delivery address. We cannot issue a refund for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customer.  If the item is returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional expense to ship to the correct address.


Should your product get damaged during delivery or there's anything else wrong with it upon arrival, please notify us by e-mail within 72 hours after delivery date.

Photos of all damages/issues are required in order for refund or replacement o be processed. If you cannot provide photos of the damages and/or issues, refund or replacement is not possible.  

We do not issue partial refunds. If order is not of a satisfactory for you, we are happy to issue a full refund in exchange for returned products. 

Please, keep the packing materials and box if any issues are of a concern, the product is not standard sized, it is very likely you will not find a suitable box. All the goods must be clean and in the original state they were received, carefully packed for return shipping.  


Carefully read Caring Info, it will also be attached to your package for your convenience.

Product longevity strictly depends on handling, it is important to properly take care of it. Surfaces, that have been damaged due to negligent use or unreasonable exposure to liquids or food are not eligible for refund or replacement.
